Registration Fees


Registration for WCCE 2017 is now open.

The conference will take place in Dublin, Ireland from the 3rd – 6th July, with a doctoral consortium on 2nd July.

Registration fees are as follows:

Full Registration Fee includes:

Access to all Sessions and Workshops

Conference Materials

*Students must upload a copy of their valid student card when prompted on the
registration form in order to avail of this fee.

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy

Payment Information
Payment must be made in Euros € by personal or corporate check, wire transfer, or by MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card. Checks should be made payable to: “WCCE 2017”. All attendees must pay registration fees to gain access to the conference.
Remember
All Registrations must be accompanied by FULL payment and must be received no later than 2 weeks after completing your registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Please send cancellation requests including the registrant’s name and the invoice number by email to WCCE2017@conferencepartners.com. Cancellations received before Monday, April 3rd 2017, 09:00 a.m.(GMT) will be refunded less a €25 service fee. Between April 3rd and May 2nd, a 50% refund will be available. Later cancellations will not be refunded.
Badge Policy
All Conference attendees are required to wear the official WCCE 2017 Conference name badge to enter the Technical Sessions, Exhibits and the Reception.
Camera, Cell Phone and Video Recording Policy
Attendees are not permitted to take pictures of speaker slides or posters, or to make video recordings of presentations. Furthermore, attendees are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off all cell phones before entering the session rooms.
Accommodation Policy
The conference organisers are holding a block of rooms in Trinity College Student Accommodation. 50% of the holding will be released on the 3rd of March which includes any unpaid booked rooms. Please ensure that you pay your accommodation fees at the time of booking to avoid dissapointment. Cancellation fees may apply.
Visa Applications
In order to apply for visa entry into Ireland, applicants must be registered and payment received in full before we will issue a visa letter.
If the applicant is refused a visa, they will be fully reimbursed the conference fee, after they have provided proof that their application was denied – otherwise standard reimbursement policies apply.
